In the Word of God, it is written that Christ's return is near. We are to watch for the signs such as earthquakes, fires, floods, wars and rumors of wars, people calling evil good and good evil, etc. People today are becoming more and more deceived by satan, the hater of our souls. Brother turning against brother, friend against friend, "Christian" agains Christian- and much of that is due to greed.

IT IS WRITTEN:

No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.

-Matthew 6:24

But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people. -2 Timothy 3:1-5

Finally, all of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a tender heart, and a humble mind. Do not repay evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary, bless, for to this you were called, that you may obtain a blessing. For “Whoever desires to love life and see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit; let him turn away from evil and do good; let him seek peace and pursue it. For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer. But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil. -1 Peter 3:8-18

But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death. -Revelation 21:8

And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment. -Hebrews 9:27

Yet, people still want to play with this truth. And in doing so, they want to hurt as many people as they can. Their love for money has made their hearts grow cold. But we are all going to die. No amount of deception and padding pockets can prevent that. And those who die apart from Christ will stand in judgement. Scripture says, "every knee will bow". And if their choices here on earth have separated them from Him, no amount of pleading can keep them from being drug into the lake of fire. And then every memory of every time they rejected Christ, every time they hurt someone, every time they became deceitfully richer, every single memory will flood their thoughts with no chance for repentance and making it right. DONT BE FOUND GUILTY. THIS IS THE ONLY TRUTH THAT MATTERS.

HOWEVER, IT IS ALSO WRITTEN:

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. -John 3:16

When God saw what they did, how they turned from their evil way, God relented of the disaster that he said he would do to them, and he did not do it. -Jonah 3:10

It is never too late. Jesus love you. God loves you and will forgive you if you ask. Keep a heart pleasing to him. Conduct your life in ways that honor him. Keep Christ as Lord and center of your life and your decisions. And you can be certain you are His!
