These children (pictured left) of Faisalabad, Pakistan are just a few of many who have received food and clean water after the flooding thanks to donations received for this purpose. In the city of Jaranwala, they have recently suffered a catastrophe (August 2023) as Muslim extremists have burnt almost 600 homes in the Christian community as well as 28 churches. Some of these homes had families barricaded inside. Children fled to the fields where they now sleep, and hope for food and water. Evangelist Sunil Hammayun is extremely grateful for our assistance as funding to this area is low. In Renala Khurd, Pakistan, families are being provided for in their hunger. Prior to our giving, they were provided only a small amount of what bread they had, but now, they have received a whole bag of a variety of foods! Praise God that together with Pastor Shoukat Masih, we can reach these people not only with food, but with a message that Jesus Christ cares so very much for them and their needs!
In Khanewal, Pakistan under the guidance of Evangelist Amir, the children are learning about who they are in Christ: anointed and blessed, while in need of food, water and supplies. The heat is extreme and fans and water coolers are needed in their school and other areas where the children and leaders gather. Even small amount of funding will help provide food to so many children.
